AROMAS AND FLAVORS OF MEXICO: THE EXPERIENCE

• The Chef Patricia Quintana will realize the gastronomic tour crossing 7 States of the Mexican Republic.

"Let you to go for the magic of the culture, gastronomy and roots of our Mexico, in a tour by the majestic ancient villages", it is the slogan under which will promote this new tourist product created by the CPTM and the CANIRAC with the support of the governments of the State of Hidalgo, Mexico State, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chiapas in this first stage. The Mexican Chef Patricia Quintana will be the conducer of this route called "AROMAS AND FLAVORS OF MEXICO" of which will be witnesses of this some media of communication, chefs and academic national and foreign investigators. The route that initiated last August 14 and will finish the next September 1, 2009 seeks to promote the cultural destinations of Mexico showing the traditions and gastronomy of every region directed the national and international tourism.
