Location
Saltillo is the capital of the state of Coahuila. It borders to the north with the municipalities of General Cepeda, Ramos Arizpe and Arteaga, to the east with the municipality of Arteaga and the state of Nuevo León; to the south with the states of Nuevo León and Zacatecas; to the west with the state of Zacatecas and the municipalities of Parras and General Cepeda. Saltillo is located 528 miles north of México City.
