Services
WTC Veracruz provides a convenient solution for all kinds
of events, with a capacity on a single level 133,580 sq. ft, which makes logistics
easy and offers unparalleled feasibility.
The Exhibition area has 96,876 sq.
ft, with ceilings 49.21 height, which can be divided into four large rooms and
has a capacity for 600 booths with services. There are 13 independent loading
and unloading docks.
The Conventions area has a Business Center with all services
of 3,358 sq. ft., with four meeting rooms; 5 ballrooms of 26,587 sq. ft., and
7 meeting rooms designed to hold work sessions with a capacity for up to 150 people.
There is a service lobby, kitchen, dressing rooms, rest-rooms, a warehouse and
independent platforms. On the Main Lobby there are registration modules, commercial
areas, a cafeteria and an art gallery.
Visitor
Services
The whole site is equipped with telecommunications and
Internet services, air conditioning, compressed air, surrounding sound, fire protection
system, 3 elevators for visitors and handicap facilities. There is indoor parking
for 500 cars, and outdoor parking for 450.
Special
venues for Events Atarazanas
Outdoor Yard and indoor area with a capacity of 200 people in auditorium and 150
people in banquet set up. Ideal for conferences, sessions and dinner –shows.
Old Railway Station
Indoor area with an open side,
with a capacity of 500 people in auditorium and 400 people in banquet. Ideal for
dinner-shows.
San
Juan de Ulúa Fortress
Central
yard with a capacity of 4000 people in auditorium and 2,500 in banquet set up.
Ideal for cocktails, dinner, dinner-shows, concerts, award ceremonies. It is preferable
to use it at night.
City
Historic Museum
Central yard with fountain,
surrounded by a colonial type arcade, ideal for dinner show, cocktails and conferences
during afternoon and night. Capacity of the central yard of 150 people in auditorium
and 130 in banquet set up. Including corridors and second floor the capacity increases
to 300 people.
Xavier Clavijero Theater
Theater
with a capacity of 650 people, air conditioned, sound, restrooms. Ideal for concerts,
award ceremonies, openings-closing ceremonies, plays.
Veracruz
Culture Institute
Yard with capacity for 200 people in auditorium and
150 people in banquet set up. It has an air conditioned hall with a capacity of
125 people in auditorium and 80 people in banquet set up. It is appropriate for
shows, seminaries and cocktails at night.
