Special Activities for Incentive Groups Natural
and Urban Landscape Oaxaca and Monte Albán (an archaeological site

festival is the Guelaguetza, which is held on the last two Mondays of July in
an open-air amphitheater built high on a hill. It features regional dances and
gifts for the audience. Reenactments of the Guelaguetza take place throughout
the year.
