During your stay in Aguascalientes you must visit Plaza “Tres Centurias” and no matter how old are you, you will find several attractions such as: The Dancing Fountains, Locomotive Monument, Entertainment for Kids, The Knowledge Wagon, The Railroad Museum and The traditional Station Garden.

Recently, in Aguascalientes, a Thematic Park has been opened, called “El Caracol” it has receivd international recognition because of the unique species and fossil remains that take us back to the city’s prehistoric times.

During your visit you can walk through the underground second fossil area in México because of its antiquity, diversity and the amount of fossils found there.

Aguascalientes has a great cultural wealth. The museums that you can visit in Aguascalientes are:

Architecture
A good way to start your visit is to wander through the delightful San Marcos’ Park, before you take a look at the beautiful, well proportioned pink stone Government Palace, which undoubtedly is the most outstanding colonial building in Aguascalientes, with its striking central courtyard and murals.
