PALMAR CANCUN ADDS TO INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL
Interval
International, announced the addition of
Villa del Palmar Cancún Luxury Beach
Resort & Spa, to the network of vacation
exchange. With the development of the first
tourist complex in the Mexican Caribbean,
The Villa Group makes way by itself on a
new market in Mexico. During the last 25
years, the company has constructed properties
of ownership shared in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto
Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta and Loreto. "The
Villa Group has played a role of forefront
on the Mexican market for more than 25 years",
commented Craig M. Nash, President of the
directors council, president and the executive
director of Interval Leisure Group, Interval
International's parent company. "The
knowledge and the experience of Fernando
and his team in all the aspects of marketing
and development of tourist complexes have
helped them to create developments of very
high quality and to offer excellent services
to the owners and guests. The last addition
to the portfolio of the Group Villa will
drink to the visitors another vacation wonderful

The
property, nowadays in construction, will
be placed in an area of 14 hectares together
with the Bahia Mujeres, front to Isla Mujeres,
and to 15 minutes of Cancún's Center.
The first phase will open doors in 2010
and it hopes that other two phases are finished
for 2012. Every villa will have a very elegant
decoration, and will possess room, dining
room, kitchen completes with counters of
granite, electronic equipments and modern
domestic appliances, and a spacious terrace.
